Hair Loss

It doesn’t matter how old you are, there’s always a concern about your hair leaving you. How your hair looks and its quantity sometimes is a mirror to your internal health. You could use natural hair loss remedies to get your hair back. Of course, when you’re young, you have plenty of hair, but there are many in their early 20’s starting to lose your hair. Unless you have a serious illness, your hair loss may be caused by your scalp being oiley, or by stress, or a bad diet, or excess of dihydro testosterone (DHT). If this be the case there are lots of hair loss remedies out there.

If you’ve got dandruff, then you need to get rid of it. Dandruff can be a major reason for hair loss. When dandruff mixes with dirt, shampoo, or a bunch of sebum follicle oil, this combination can create a film on your scalp that hardens and plugs up your hair follicles. Once plugged, a follicle can’t produce a hair stalk.

Dandruff can also be caused by stress, dry scalp, or excessive chemical build-up. Figure it out. If you have stress, you need to find a way reduce or eliminate it. Look for shampoos and conditioners that have all natural ingredients. Chemical irritations can be caused by the shampoos you’re using. Stop using those hair products that have so many dyes and petrochemicals. Petrochemicals have names like butylparaben, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylene glycol, ethylparaben, propylparaben, and FD&C coloring.

Stress is a major contributor to many types of illness. It can also be the main reason you can experience loss of hair. Many years I was under a lot of stress at my new job. During the first 3 month there I experience excessive hair loss on the top of my head. When you have hair loss due to stress, you can recover your hair, or at least some of it, if you take decisive action right away. First look what’s causing your high stress level and start reducing it.

Next, start supplementing your diet with a good nutritional supplements. That doesn’t mean a Big Mack and fries. What you eat is what your hair eats so to speak. Don’t provide enough nutrients to your body, your hair will take you to divorce court.

If you body produces large amounts of testosterone, it’ll convert it to DHT by something called the enzyme 5 alpha reductive. This DHT accumulates at the root of your hair where it stops blood circulation in that follicle. This decrease in blood makes the root weak and it eventually withers away. When DHT accumulates in the follicle, it plugs it and does even more damage, because nothing can enter or exit the follicle. If this be the problem, there are many fine DHT blockers on the market today. Do a Google search and see if there’s anything out there that could help you out with this.
